Jana Carrozzi

Jana, the founder of Anahata Therapies, began her healing and spiritual journey after the loss of her Mother from Cancer when she was 23 years old and the birth of her first child. Suffering from post-natal depression and the lack of support as a first time Mum ignited the healing path and the desire to help other new Mums and follow the path of the Goddess.

After the birth of her third child, Jana went back to study since having completed a combined Arts/Law degree in 1987. She attended Nature Care College, St Leonards part-time from 2001-2009 beginning a Diploma in Nutrition and completing this in 2009 along with Diplomas in Remedial Massage, Aromatherapy, Lymphatic Drainage and Certificate IV in Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultation. She went on to study Ayurveda in Puna, India in 2007/2008 inspiring her to open a Clinic based on the ancient healing science of Ayurveda. Anahata Therapies was birthed in June 2010. Jana had found her true passion and dharma. She went for further Ayurvedic studies in January 2018 to Kerala, India training in Advanced Panchakarma (Rejuvenation Therapy) with her daughter.

During her studies at Nature Care and working in the Student Clinics for some 5 years, Jana discovered that she had healing hands and psychic gifts. This motivated her to study energetic healing which she did through the study of Scared Stones Healing, learning Shamanic body work and later through Transference Healing – an Energetic and Frequency Healing Modality, becoming a Graduate, Practitioner, Teacher and Mystery School Graduate at the end of 2015.

Jana has also been training with Venerable Lobsang Tendar (Lama Tendar, Tibetan Buddhist Monk) since 2006 in the Tibetan Buddhist healing tradition learning healing through sound vibration. She attended a Buddhist Pilgrimage Tour with Lama Tendar in 2018 visiting sacred Monasteries and Temples, Mt Everest and Buddhas birthplace in Nepal. Lama Tendar, who lives in Melbourne, has been running workshops, Fire Pujas and Private healings at Anahata since 2011.

Jana believes in Spirituality and incorporates it into her healings and treatments. In her healing work she works with the Archangels, Angels, Ascended Masters, the Energies of the Devine Feminine in particular Mother Mary, Kwan Yin, Tara, Mary Magdalene, Lakshmi, Kali, Sarasvati as well as the Elementals, Mermaids, Whales, Dolphins and Fairies, Animal Spirits and the Buddhist Deities – Bhaisajyaguru, Medicine Buddha and Avalokiteshvara,Buddha of Compassion. She regularly travels to Scared Sites and places all over the world for purification, gridding and to channel pure Devine energy for Mother Earth (Gaia), herself and her clients. Anahata Therapies is Jana’s passion and pride. She wants to assist women on their life’s journey through all the different stages and issues that life presents to them, honouring the path of the Goddess. Every female has this within her ready to birth. Jana is a natural Counsellor, Empath and Intuitive. It gives her great joy to share these gifts with her clients being of service to them.
